Book, music & lyrics by Olly Medlicott

I’m drawn to the tension between Gothic atmosphere and gritty realism in Olly Medlicott’s new musical. It approaches a familiar story through the people left in Dorian’s wake, giving their lives as much attention as his own. Working with Olly, a local writer and composer whose work I deeply admire, makes developing this production particularly exciting.
